Dezan Shira & Associates
I founded the firm in China in 1992, my role is business development. We have currently sixteen offices across China, Hong Kong, India and Vietnam and handle foreign direct investment, legal and tax issues for multinational corporations investing in these countries. I currently spend about two-thirds of my time on the growth of our India practice, and the rest in Beijing and traveling elsewhere.
